Signed a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer
If you have a question, don't bother calling them, they never answer the phone... Very unprofessional
Efficiency is not something they must teach in Aggieland. Baggage was loaded into the next plane before the departure baggage was delivered to the terminal. Legitimate 20 minute wait for my bag.
Good staff, quickly got on my plane and to my destination. Not bad.
Small airport serving College Station/Bryan, and Texas A&M. Recently under renovation.
You board planes on the runway, just like in old-timey movies!
Giving this review a ONE STAR does absolutely NO JUSTICE! My flight was delayed due to thunder storms which happens but the airport closes at 11 pm. This means that I have to spend more money than plamned. This was an business trip not a vacation. When I ask to speak to an supervisor the response was that "the supervisor isn't here and they wouldn't be able to accomodate at all". Due to the inconvenience of the situation they could've at least try to get in touch with the supervisor, offer a shuttle, or a voucher for a hotel stay. What bothered me the most was the level of customer service HORRIFIC AND PISS POOR AT BEST! They're not only slow with bags but they're not the most bit attentive by any means. Everyone is texting on their phones and twiddling their thumbs and twitter fingers like everything is good. I waited behind ONE LADY for almost 10 minutes and there were no other customers around. I had to ask the guy up front who was also texting to get me some help. Then the lady who came to the desk displayed an facial expression of annoyance like I'm bothering her and I'm the customer. Completely unacceptable!! I wish I could give this NO STARS!! I hope whoever is in charge sees this and responds because this will not go unnoticed by no means. Bad representation of American Airlines. The fact the everyone in College Station and Bryan who knows of this airport would rather drive 2 hours to Houston is an cautionary tale itself. I clearly see why. Who wants to deal that level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. If I was broke I would've been stranded!! My problem isn't with American Airlines but with Eastwood Airport. I'm not looking for a royal carpet treatment or a big pay day but some accomodation is needed. Y'all need to make this right.
