It's the only one in college station, so you're stuck with it. It's not bad, they just have things they need to work on.
Pros:
SLOW SERVICE, expect to take an hour or more. There is a greeter and a couple managers who essentially do nothing. Also, really poorly designed parking lot that is run down and needs to be repaved.
My experience was great! I have met with Robert Neugebauer twice, and he is always friendly and helpful!
I am waiting here since two hours but they are busy with one person more than two hours. Worst customer service ever I had in my life.
