The clothes selection is not so good. Never had problems with staff. Have a clearance section with great deals but it's a bit messy.

The clothes and selection is nice. Customer service is terrible. I have never really had a good experience at this store! They look at you like you have sh-- on you. They don't offer help although you're jumping up and down trying to get something off the top shelf. And I went there today, waited in line for over 10 minutes while they were trying to find a price for the girl in front of me. Nobody offered to open another register, said I'm sorry mam, or acknowledged me waiting. I watched 3 different workers trying to get this price, but nobody acknowledged me. I threw my stuff down and walked out after I got tired of bad customer service. I'm done. I'll shop online or give my money to someone else.
The clothes and shoes and accessories are a BIG MESS, you find a disorder around, the store smells like antique place!
