I ordered flowers for my daughter. It was early afternoon and so I wasn't sure they would be able to be delivered the same day. The florist called me to tell me she made a beautiful bouquet but had to change some of the colors of the roses and wanted to make sure that was OK with me (it was perfectly fine). The flowers were delivered that afternoon, within 3 hours of my order! I have not had that happen with other online, long distance orders before. My daughter was thrilled and told me that the delivery person was so nice and took a picture of her with the flowers so they could send it to me. I am very, very pleased with the service of University Flowers!
I have had a great experience with the staff at University Flowers for the past 10 years. They are great to work with, and always bring laughter to the workplace. They strive to make every customer feel very important, and take pride in the work they turn out every day! The staff always works hard to insure every customer has an awesome experience and always seem to listen when there is a concern by the customer. Wonderful people!!
Not a very cheap option. However, the designers are talented. They are experienced and good at their job. I can bet that you'll get what you had asked for.
DO NOT order flowers from here. Had a horrible experience ordering flowers from here for my wedding. It was nothing close to what me and florist talked about. She incorporated different colored flowers that weren't even in the wedding colors and that clashed. And things that specifically asked to not be included in the flower arrangements were included anyways. The arrangements for the reception looked cheap and really really messy. I don't recommend this place at all, especially for a day as important as a wedding or any other important event. We paid a lot of money for our flowers, and unfortunately it was a total disappointment.
