Once past the "not new" impressions, they have most everything needed (even gasoline) and located where I can get to them the fastest with least traffic hassles! Also near best golf driving range in town, so one drive gets both things done.
Under new management, very nice remodeling, good selection of convenience store items, helpful, friendly staff. Not the best location, but if you're out that way it's a fine place to stop.
