I am very disappointed with the business itself. I would like to stay anonymous because I do not condone this type of behavior and it's almost embarrassing to have to take it this far so I did not use my real name. The customer service was not the problem at all. I simply did not get the hair color I wanted. I went back twice and even to the same person because I have loyalty and I also assumed she could make it lighter since it was HER idea to come back if necessary. Two appointments later I didn't even get the hair style even close to what I wanted! I wanted my whole head done a natural dark auburn and I ended up with bright red and sunset orange highlights! Not even close to an auburn color, and of course I took pictures! I politely paid the $165 and decided to just come back the next morning since it was after hours. I was told I had to deal with the owner. It has been 5 days now and I am clearly being ignored! This is why I am unhappy! I had to go all the way to Houston to get my hair fixed which was 2 hours away. I did my part I don't understand why they can't do theirs. The least I could've gotten was a call back after TWO voicemails.
I'm an African-American young lady. I wanted a relaxer re-touch and a haircut. I made an appointment with Ashley S and she never showed. Her coworkers called her and received no answer. I made an appointment with a woman named Keona the next day, and received a call a few hours prior that she no longer works there. None of the stylists were comfortable chemically processing African-American hair. None of the stylists were willing to offer any assistance in finding a capable and professional salon. Zero stars. Never again.
