I loved the store in college station and atmosphere every time I shopped but lately there's always this girl with red hair named lauren that really irritates me. She makes a face when I mention for the third time that I know what I want. I feel she only cares about making a sale rather than what the customer wants and gives me looks if I am just buying one item. Terrible service
Probably the best place in town for skincare & makeup. Ulta has a nice mix of high end and more affordable options, plus it's fun to check out what's new! The selection is hit or miss, but honestly it's a smaller town & it seems all of the places here are like that. The staff here is super friendly and I'm always greeted when I walk in. On my last visit Brian saw me floundering in skincare and was so helpful! He recommended a face cream that was exactly what I was looking for - so far I'm loving it! He also gave me some great advice regarding my current routine and some things I could change up at home to see different results. Definitely recommend stopping by!
This place is horrible, they have completely lost my business. Most of the staff is snobby and knows nothing, they're extremely rude. The managers don't do there jobs well. The Gm is terrible as well. I used to love ulta but ever since I got to know some of the employees and management. I've decided to take my service elsewhere. They're not worth my money. Sephora is 100% better and have better deals. Should have went to sephora way before now.
