The one lady did not want to deal with me, on a return. She told her assistant for me to call the manufacturer. I told the to get a manager. I got my return accomplished. Screw her
I used to prefer HD over their blue competitor bc of customer service. But lately, you're lucky to find 1 person in the store who's willing & able to help find things or answer questions.
Went to purchase a few items that were not priced correct. After we got to the register we found out NOTHING was the right price as it was place in the store and the associate blew it off. WORST STORE in CS.
