Not good experience with Jerry. He thought he is the only agent in College Station, and everybody need him. Asking for SS #, DOB. Does Jerry know with that info, would prelude to ID theft. When I refuse to give my info. He says he does not need my business. Same thing here I do not need his. Advice to Jerry, you need customers without customers you will have no business
I absolutely enjoyed this business transaction. Allstate was not the cheapest quote. However I felt like I would get my monies worth. I had a great level of communication. The agents where absolutely professional and friendly. My fiancé is a customer and so am I now !
I called in and spoke to Courtney and discussed increases to my policy. She was extremely polite even though I necessarily wasn't. She did everything she could so I was completely satisfied. Great customer service!
