I was offered a $50 gift card to their store "for my troubles"....
I'm waiting again for the 3rd visit to see if they have fixed their mistake.
There's WAY too much to even say about this store. I'll be back to edit the review when I have time. To sum it up: They don't deserve one star but it's the lowest it will let me give.
very helpful, informative, honestly take some of the stress from shopping for that special one.
1st visit: I never received a call. My ring was "lost", but quickly found when i freaked out. BUT my ring came back the wrong size so I sent it off again (they tried to make me pay a second time)
It's like someone took the stars from heaven put them out on display.
2nd visit when it came back: I didn't get a call. When I called, it turns out that my ring came in but "they didn't know who it belonged to". I went to get it BUT my ring was ruined. They turned it black. (it was a gold college class ring).
