What you would expect for a chain restaurant. The staff is generally friendly and the service is quick.
The Website says they are open until 3 am. I went by at 1 am and the manager said they were closed. I've been there 1,000 times after 1 am and I have never been turned away until today. Horrible for business, especially since it specifically says the jimmy johns on University drive is open until 3am not 12am.
Quick and friendly. Food is fresh and enjoyable. Not much else to say.
