Waitress could not remember had to ask several Times for different things. The service was not up to my standards . She acted like she wanted to get rid of us.
Went a couple nights ago with my boyfriend and were told it would be a 15 minute wait. There were probably 7 tables occupied at that time. Once we were seated there were several employees standing against the wall talking, not paying any attention to their customers. At least five servers walked by our table and not one looked at us. After 10 minutes of waiting for any type of acknowledgement, we decided to leave. A solid 30 minutes of my time wasted. They were not busy and had plenty of servers on the floor. There was no excuse. Previously, the service was mediocre at best. The food just tastes like frozen reheats and is not worth the price. The restaurant also smelled like old food and was not very clean. This place needs a lot of work.
The kids menu activities were amazing, it came with stickers and lots of activities besides the normal just coloring and maze. Keep my 18 month old occupied throughout the whole meal. Also her meal came out within barely ten minutes of ordering!
Food was decent as expected but the service left much to be desired. I couldn't seem to get the soup salad and breads ticks and my drink all at the same time. I had to order my second bowl of soup along with a to go box, a refill, dessert, and request the check all at the same time just so I wouldn't be stuck there all night.
Decent food and service. Often a wait to be seated even when not busy because they are understaffed. Good for a quick meal, and they have large portions.
More like a fast food restaurant. Than fine dining. Didn't ask if we wanted more soup or salad.
