The young men, especially T.J. and Patrick, who led the crews of Millis Remodeling, LLC, were knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, and dedicated to completing their work in a professional manner. I enjoyed their presence in my home, appreciated their advice and skills, relied on their expertise, and am planning my next project in which I will use Millis Remodeling.
Personal furniture was used as material storage and for cutting items with the chop saw. Numerous chairs were scratched. Dishwasher was broken during process and had to be replaced at the homeowners expense. Alcohol was involved by workers. Contractor purchased 83 scratches tiles out of 86 total back splash tiles knowingly and homeowner had to take back to exchange. Pictures of issues have been uploaded for review. Owner refused to contact homeowner after numerous attempts through email and txt messages. Asked the owner and project manager for a materials list that was used and they refused to provide anything. We also had well over $1000 worth of items missing from our garage when the project was complete.
Having to have repair work done in your house is never fun, but the hardworking crews led by T.J. and Patrick made it a fast and easy process. They made sure everything was done correctly, expediently, and were kind and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Millis Remodeling.
