I loved the place since I've found it. Good place, facilities, price, etc. I just gave them 4 starts because i would like them to have hand driers and option of warm air. Overall is really good.
Decided to get my 6 month old Doberman/rott nails trim/cut. I arrived here at 5:10pm on a Sunday. The facility is nice I'll give you that. But the reason why this place deserves a one star rating is because of the task they couldn't complete.
Awesome idea. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. The only drawback was the drying system. A system that uses warmer air would be great.
I came here solely to get my dog's nails cut. When I walked in asking for his nails to be cut, the guy at the front just grabbed nail clippers and bent down to my dog as my boyfriend was holding him on a leash. I asked if he's gonna put my dog on the table with the leash and he was like "oh, we can" and then led us to the room. He just stood there as we put our own dog on the table and held him. He didn't even get through one nail before my dog whimpered. The next nail that he cut spurted out blood on my boyfriend's shoe. The guy had cut my dog's whole nail off. He immediately went to go get whatever it was they use to stop the blood but he was not apologetic at all. We quickly told him we're just gonna leave. We weren't charged for the service but this place is completely unprofessional. They need to seriously reconsider training their workers before they injure a dog. I'm pretty sure my six month old pup is now scarred from nail clippers.
We walked in asked for a trim/cut on his nails and the guy who was there went to get the nail clippers. I thought he would say to follow him to the back so we could trim the nails. But INSTEAD he was going to just cut it right there at the front desk. I asked him so we aren't going to go into the room and do it? And he responded with I mean we can like he was too lazy to walk back there. So we went to the room and he leashed my dog and then began trimming the nails. My dog was sitting there just slightly moving since he is still a puppy. He got one nail cut which he didn't even trim well and made my dog whimper. Then he moved on to the second nail and that's when he literally cut so much off that blood just started oozing out. He just walked away not saying anything to go get something to clean the blood and stop the bleeding. He didn't apologize or say one word. Once he came back to clean up the mess he made and the damage he did to my dog I told him that you can just stop.
Take my dog here once a month to give him a bath so much easier than bathing him at home. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and clean.
Honestly, this place might be good for DIY washing your dog but I can't say my opinion. But if you are trying to get anything else done by "professionals" this would be the worse place to go to. Customer service by far was the worse that I have experienced at any pet store or salon that I have been to.
