Absolutely terrible.
So, I went. Unbelievable The coffee was cold. The waitress put in the microwave. It came back warm. After about 15 or 20 minutes, the meal came. Every on the plate was cold.
I ask the waitress to put it in the microwave. Another 10 minutes and again....... not even safe to eat.
Worst experience ever! Lazy employees! The moment we walked in (me , my 4 girls ,niece and mother) we received looks even from across restaurant,like they were bothered we showed. (7pm .3hrs before closing) well my sister and brother-in-law meet us there. He accidentally spilled his drink. They look at us then just turn back around without offering to clean up... My brother in law asks the "manager" for towels ...She says OK... 10 minutes + still nothing...We see our waitress on her cell phone... The manager talking to another employee... My brother finally picks up the wet menus and paper and takes it to them..The manager then gets upset and tells him she will be out shortly.. at that moment our waitress gets mad because he got up and is upset. she slams his drink on the table..(spilling some after he cleaned it) well I guess she decides she no longer wants to tend to us..Goes back to her phone resting on counter... And we are greeted by another waitress. Things finally get better then... I would not recommend the restaurant...They need better employees, management. I don't know if that's normal...For the manager to walk around in a big tyedie tshirt... Very inattentive! Lazy..Very long wait for food.They look and act as if they hate Thier jobs! Horrible place! Our waitress we didn't get her name, she was the pregnant black girl (there was another pregnant girl) and manager was Daniela?
My favorite breakfast place. They renovated the place last August 2017. The place looks modern now. I missed the diner feel though. Our server today was very friendly and attentive. I only come here for breakfast so I don't know about the kind of service they have during lunchtime and dinnertime.
20 minutes, no water, or coffee. Not crowded. Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be nice. Second time this has happened.
I told the manager thanks for the offer, but I will just pass on their birthday breakfast.
It is my birthday and thought how nice it is of Dennys to give a customer a free Grand Slam breakfast for free on their birthday.
Very friendly servers. Such a great place to come and warm your belly in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and an American style breakfast. I enjoy coming here on Saturday mornings.
It was not about paying, because it was free.
