This place is beautiful, stuffs a little pricey but they have a gift shop, football feild(which a&m is the best college football team), a bunch of friendly people, and lots of amazing activitys
Bought two tops and tried to return, exchange or get store credit and didn’t have receipt. Still had tags attached and said they couldn’t do anything without receipt. Be very careful when purchasing and keep receipt or you’re stuck with what you buy.

Great selection! Love the Starbucks in the store too! A little pricey, but it's the University bookstore so it's to be expected.
Horrendous! I hate being forced to do business with them at the start of every semester. They always are short on staff, inexperienced workers, treat everyone like a number and are extremely disorganized. They always make me order the wrong books and I have to go back to that store five times before everything is straight. Recently, I ordered a book well before school started to make sure it got in before the first week of classes. I really needed one of them that they said they didn't have(but was sitting clearly on a shelf) so initially I thought they would be diligent this time. NOPE! I had to buy a second copy of the book and the last day for full refunds at closing time did they send me the email to come pick it up. I emailed them after buying the other copy but have gotten no response and now it is too late to get my money back in addition to refusing on giving me my full refund even though it was clearly on them. Take your money elsewhere!
