I ordered textbooks here a few times and they were never shipped to me like they said, I had to go in and pick them up which is a horrible experience because it is extremely small and crowded, probably because no one is getting their books shipped to them. If you rent, a binder does not come with it but they expect you to give them a binder THAT YOU OWN when you return it instead of putting it in one of the millions of binders they have in stock. This makes me especially mad because I had to buy large, expensive binders since most of their rentals are loose leaf. The manager didn't really seem to care about keeping me as a customer. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. There's plenty of book rental/retail places online and in college station that are much more convenient and friendlier.
