I would give NO stars, if I could! If you receive a gift from this boutique and it doesn't fit or isn't your style, they will not do an exchange without a receipt or a gift receipt, even if the items are from their store and STILL have the tags on them. If that gift has been marked down, you can't exchange it, receipt or no receipt. How is the gift recipient to know any of this? How is this fair to the gift recipient? So, if you are trying to exchange a gift discretely, you can't!! If someone gives you something on sale, you're stuck with it. If the gift giver doesn't give you a receipt, you're stuck with it. I spoke to the owner personally regarding this exact issue with my daughter who received a couple of gifts from there. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. She even said if they lost a customer, well, then they lost a customer. Impressive! My daughter wasn't trying to do anything but exchange.....and I was willing to pay additional monies to get what she wanted. Her testimony on faith that she refers to on their website spoke volumes.
Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their products are of superior quality. I've loved everything I've bought from here!
Sabi is hands down the best place to shop no matter what age you are shopping for. I started shopping at Sabi while I was in college and when I was pregnant I was still able to find pieces that worked great for me. Now that I'm a mother I'm able to shop for my toddler and myself. So no matter what age or season do change you are in in your life Sabi is the way to go!

I love Sabi! Wish we had one in Houston! I don't agree with the latest review. Everyone is very helpful every time I call to order something and the owners especially go out of their way to help me get exactly what I'm looking for. Will always shop here!
