Store hours, 12:00 lunch time hours, need to be open when the rest of the mall opens. Otherwise you have to wait a full hour or leave,its difficult to travel 10 plus miles back. :(
Doesn't have much options of bra for my size or bikini tops. The staff are nice. Usually doesn't have lines unless you have some promotion going on.
I like the products, but the online service is super bad. I cannot believe that I needed to wait almost a month to get my order delivered!! I feel annoyed !!
Went to check out and I said hello to the employees, they said nothing back to me. Continued to check me out as if they were reading a script. I've worked in a mall for years, and I would always shop at Victoria's Secret. Never had a experience like this. Doesn't take much to have a personality. Definitely doesn't take much to say hello! I won't becoming back to this Victoria's Secret again.
This is the first time I walk in and no one greets me or ask me if I'm finding things ok I could literally walk in take something and walk back out didn't see anyone in the front of the store I'd rather shop online no help at all just talking about this location
