The staff is very friendly and high spirited!!! They keep a positive vibe in the office at all times. They are very flexible and caring. The staff will do what it takes to get the job done and make sure you walk out satisfied and with a great smile on your face!! I love it here, I wish I would've known about them sooner!!!

I had a pleasant experience here, which is a rare thing for me to write about a dentist. The facility is very clean. The waiting area is well kept and I was not kept waiting long. The x-ray was simple and did not make me gag like other dentists I've visited. Dr. Vera was very professional and did a great job keeping me comfortable. Kaitlynn was my hygienist and she did an excellent job removing coffee stains from my bottom row. Also, there is a TV in every exam room so you can watch satellite while you're getting your procedure. I will definitely be back.

Regardless, I will be finding another provider for all of my numerous dental needs, along with my husband and daughter. This is the the most ridiculous thing I have had to deal with regarding dentists or surgeries.

After my initial visit, I scheduled an oral surgery for the following month (the oral surgeon comes in from Houston 2 times a month). The week of the scheduled surgery, I got a call on Monday verifying that I was still scheduled for Saturday ( yes the surgeon comes in on Saturday which is great) at 12:30 pm, I said yes and was informed they would call Friday to verify again. Friday morning at 9:00am, I get the call. I get the typical " just calling to verify..." I verify and then the receptionist goes on to tell me that 3 clients have canceled in the morning so they need me to come in at 10am. I inform her that I can not do that because I did not schedule childcare until 10 (my husband has to take me because of the general anesthesia). I am told that I have to come in at that time or forfeit my appointment. I reinforce that I was told multiple times (including just 4 days before) that it was at 12:30 pm and I have a form with that time written on it. She tells me too bad, it is this way or no way. Needless to say, I chose to cancel my appointment. Yeah, my mother-in-law is the one watching my daughter so I could have had her come earlier, but that is not the point. I have never had a doctor tell me I had to come in earlier or later the day before an appointment. And if they have called to inform me of cancellations, it was a courtesy to see if I WANTED to come in earlier, not force me to change my entire schedule to come in earlier!

Let me start by saying that my first visit with Dr. Shriver was fantastic. I am scared to death of the dentist, and she made me feel very comfortable. This low review is in no way related to how I was treated by her.

Front staff was really nice which is why they are getting one star.. however treatment was horrible. After having a root canal I began having increasing pain to the area. I went back in and was told it was my bite... a few weeks later I still had pain went back and same answer! Went to another dentist here local and found out that there was still partial root and infection left down in the canal! If you love your teeth DO NOT go here. A waiste of $2000.00 and my time!

Given a crown on a front tooth that in no way matches in color. Took off a perfectly good tooth that matched and looked good and gave me a too big, yellow tooth and keep giving me the run around about fixing it. So far nothing has been done and I will update as it progresses. Very, very expensive for a mediocre cleaning and bad crown.
