We needed a jack to change a tire on a trailer carrying hurricane supplies back to Beaumont, Texas. They loaned us one when no other tire place in College Station would. Thank you to Sam's and it's employees that still care about the welfare of the people in Texas.

There system went down and had lines backed up half way through the store. All employees I observed till maintained there composure. I would recommend to Sam's that they need a back up system of sorts that way they don't have customers with perishables in their cart waiting an hour to check out.
