This place was great. They let me know exactly what I needed and kept me in the loop of the progress on my laptop. I am satisfied with their work and professionalism.
We have known Craig Paull, owner of Systek for many years, since he assisted us in setting up our website when we were new to the community and beginning our business. He was super efficient and knowledgeable and very reasonable and fair in his pricing. Over the years we have continued to use Systek and he and his staff have worked on our devices and solved our computer problems. Even after the service, if there was a question, they helped to solve the issue. In particular, Denise, who has helped us in the past, was extremely accommodating as we spoke on the phone. We are very pleased with Systek and thank God for their presence in our community.
Have taken my machines to this firm for years and they have helped immensely! Most recently they have help me to clear up some issues that have slowed my business computer down. Great company and great service. They are my first call always !!
They do good work here. Price per hour is a little expensive but should be expected for the quality of work, especially considering the few places left like this. They don't price match on components but do take care of warranty work. Overall I've had a good experience for the things I've gone for and definitely would recommend.
I got ripped off at another repair place... came to these guys to get a recovery from old computer... They did it quickly and all were very helpful and professional ..I would recommend them Highly to everyone!
