They dont give you back money when you return an instrument
Im totally bias here, but really... Compare prices and service and there isn't much point in shopping any where else or even online!
The first time experience is really good place to go to the employees are very nice they break things down for you and there are no hidden fees.
I used to work here while going to school, and I can honestly say that service is what matters to the employees at Thorn. Everyone there does his/her best to help every customer to the best of his/her ability. Moreover, comparing what Thorn offers to the other guys was easy because it had the best interests of whoever walked in.
This place is awesome!! Not only do they have a great array of instruments, they have excellent customer service by associates who really know instruments and music. The service department is top notch!! Their expertise in repair of instruments is simply amazing!!. Don't take my word for it. Go and see them and you'll be a big fan too!!
