We purchased our carpet here several years ago and were thrilled with the choice, the service and the personnel. During the recent rains associated with Harvey our outside door leaked onto the carpet. My husband went back to Carpet One since he couldn't pull up the carpet to see if they could help. Indeed, they could. Miriam suggested that he gently try a pair of pliers to pull back the carpet, then get the wet pad out (and throw away), then let the carpet and cement dry. Miriam then came to the house to take pictures and measurements to be sure the new pad and carpet stretching would be done correctly. We were very impressed with the service and extra help and all personnel.

I have no problem with restocking fees or custom orders without returns. However, I even heard the oak vendor was willing to take it back.
Excellent work from start to finish. Constance did a fantastic job coordinating the new carpet installation in our training room despite the time crunch. The install crew was nice and courteous as well. Definitely recommend!
This is the 2nd time we have completely carpeted our house using Aggieland Carpet One. They are professional throughout the process from advising through installation. They are fair in price and back-up their product completely. We have also had tile installed inside and out with the same professional results. I highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.
Danger, management may not honor verbal agreement. I've done business with them before, but not anymore.
I understand special orders, however, 1) it was not clear this was a special order as I don't expect any company to stock everything they sell. 2) I called in advance and was told I could return the items in original condition with a 15% restocking fee, so I hauled it back to the store.
