Total Fraud...i called to make a reservation being told that it will be 30 mins to be seated. I bring my family and when I showed up. The lady tells her manager to inform us that we can't be seated. It will take 1 hr and 45 mins. They didn't care about us. The staff are not trained. No wonder that restaurant have too much employee turnover!
Horrible service and no one cared. Waited half hour for water. Another twenty-five minutes for drinks. Waiter refused to take our order saying he'd get it later. Almost an hour passed and he's saying later?! Reported it to some bald guy in a chef outfit and the hostess. Their faces expressed "so what?" Paid for drinks & walked out.
I love BJ’s. Always get great service and great food. I love all the specialty sides and the appetizers are the best! The Garlic Parm wings and the Stuffed Mushrooms are the best in BCS!
Can be a little crowded at times, so the wait time goes high.

I have been a long time customer, and I have never been so disappointed or humiliated by a BJS Restaurant before. Everyone in Aggieland should behave with the proper Aggie values such as respect, regardless of whether or not they themselves are an Aggie, and to practice Texas southern hospitality. My sister had ordered an off menu Burger, and when it came out wrong, we told our waiter. It just happens to be that the manager was sitting at a table near us, and the waiter went to told her what happened. With an expression of dirt on her face, and annoyance mixed with exasperation in her eyes, she informed him that by ordering off menu, we were taking a risk of getting it wrong. With venom in her voice, she ranted through the missing ingredients saying that they may not even have those in the kitchen, then stormed off into the kitchen. I am not sure whether or not she knew we could hear, but as both an Aggie and as someone who works in customer service, I am appalled. Regardless how she may think of us, she should not be speaking within earshot of her customers in such a disrespectful way. To her credit, she did bring out the correct order herself, to which I am grateful. However, this does not negate the fact that the previous encounter had happened. I will still remain a customer, but I am leaving a review because this should not happen to other customers.
