We are living since two years here. We love it. First we start to live on 2805 after that we move to 2508. U have no complaints about anything.
Horrible experience. I really want to get the f**k out of here as soon as possible. Thank God the lease will be over in a few months.
DON'T DO IT!!! There's roaches (they don't spray, obviously) and the laundry room smells like something died in it. Seriously. Like something died and no one did anything about it. It was terrifying and disgusting. I have nightmares. No, but really it's a nasty place
Our daughter has lived there for the past 9 months and has had a good experience. The office team is very attentive and any issues that she has had with maintenance has been taken care of in a timely fashion. Victoria is such a sweet employee who went above and beyond when helping my daughter with her departure from the apartments.
If you are a student and wants to study in a quiet place and wants to sleep well at night do NOT come to this complex because here people are making LOTS OF NOISES inside and around the pool whole days and nights from 12:00 PM till 3:00 AM and you can NOT have a normal life in this messy noisy nasty old apartment.
I am so happy and pleased from my very first visit to The Rail apartments. The ladies in the office are so great and honestly they made my decision to live here that more easy. I absolutely love living here as the apartment is perfect for me, it's so cute and friendly here and my dog enjoys being able to run around in their dog park. I couldn't ask for more. It has a little bit of everything here I know I made the right decision to make The Rail my place called home. Thank you all to the staff and giving me peace of mind. I am definitely happy living here.
