Person at the front register was a little rude. One in our could not eat, but could not get in without buying a buffet, so that was a waste. There were a couple of things that seemed to be spoiled on the salad bar, and it was dirty! We had ordered some wings and those took forever to come out. More than likely I won't be back.
I like that they've up there selection on the salad bar. The pizza was just okay. I requested a pizza be made and it never happened. They are pretty quick about making pizzas when you request them but the lack of selection upon arrival was disappointing
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. First, this Cicis refused to take a Cicis giftcard. That was the main reason that I came... usually people don't have to call in advance to ask if a company accepts their own gift card. It's literally your gift card with your logo on it. Somebody that I know paid your company money so that I could use it to buy food here. Second, the world series was on and it was only playing on one of their TV's. I asked a worker if they could change the channel on a TV nobody was watching and they told me that "they're not changing the channels right now." What? I didn't even know how to respond. Where's the customer service? The pizza was bad, the service was awful, I will not ever be going back to this Cicis. I don't even usually write reviews. In fact, this is my first review ever. I just left this place so blown away by how bad this experience was. I would highly recommend everybody reading this to dine elsewhere.
Monday evening, 7:21pm 28 Aug 2017, met my wife and son at this location where they were already eating. Since I had previously eaten and we were going to be shopping in this plaza I sat with my family as they were finishing their meal. Quickly I was approached by a Manager where I was told I needed to purchase something or leave. I asked if I could at least stay till they were finished, which they had already been there for 20 minutes, and I was told no. I left the restaurant so my 4yo could finish eating but you can guarantee, my family will never set foot in any other Cici's (where we eat at least twice a month) again.
Pretty good selection. They keep it well stocked. It's not the Ritz but the price is good.
