Got my order wrong! Waiting for breadstick never got them. Order some meatball never got them! No sweet tea or ice was empty!! Never going again worst experience ever!!
Service has drastically declined at this location (especially drive thru). A few months ago there were a couple of minor mistakes which they corrected, thankfully I was only a few miles away. While previously they offered a free item, that hasn't happened since. Today, there were multiple issues, they gave me a large drink & I had ordered & paid for small (minor/in their favor)... Another minor, which I overlooked) but then I realized the breadsticks were ice cold - when usually steaming hot... Turned to go back & Eli argued but reluctantly gave me new ones-after asking for the ones back... Their pricing on the sign, didn't match what I was charged either... Guess that's extra for the attitude...?
Understand things happen but this is the third time now I’ve gone through the drive through and they have forgotten one of my orders items. Hate paying for food I never get.
Great food, good prices, friendly staff. Food is prepared quickly and is always done right.
Good price my kids love the pasta. The staff are nice.
