We went in the happy hour and the Eggplant Rollatini was a catch for that price. This is an awesome place for vegetarians.
The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the owner even came out to talk with us during the meal! Hands-down the best Italian food in College Station, and an excellent date night dinner.
Italian food is my favorite and Paolo's has never disappointed me. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The menu is unique and elegant for those with an adventurous palate, yet full of classic entrées for those who prefer a more traditional dish.
Had the spaghetti. It was very good but I have had better. Pretty expensive as well but that is expected.
