Possibly my favorite sandwich shop. The Wreck + Hot Peppers is the greatest thing in the world. It doesn't matter if nothing sounds good for lunch, Potbelly's never disappoints.

Workers are always very friendly, sandwiches are great, always have great deals! Always a great experience here, I can always count on it to be a cool environment with fast service and good food. Keep it up potbelly, thank y'all!
The actual restaurant food and service was good. My main complaint is the very misleading signage in the parking lot behind the CS Potbelly location. Signage appears to indicate parking is for patrons of the restaurant. Closer inspection reveals it is for employees of the restaurant...I don't have a problem with having a place for employees to park...but the restaurant needs a less misleading sign...a lunch date with my daughter ended up costing $300 ...again I have no problem with reserved parking...just get better signage that is not misleading so your customers don't have a surprise waiting after they eat...
Never had bad service or food here. Great potbellys, probably my favorite I've been to.
