I always get the moist brisket. Ribs are fantastic. The chicken is moist. The sides are good as well. I always get creamed corn or the green chile stew. The chocolate and banana pudding is a great way to end a meal from Rudy's.
Everything is good, service is quick and friendly, good prices.

My sandwich was okay, but didn't knock my socks off. The meat just lacked a distinct flavor (wasn't smoky, peppery, etc.). The texture was fine but needed more BBQ sauce than I'd prefer for flavor. I would return if I was in the College Station area and wanted a convenient and quick barbecue meal. I recommend the cole slaw, which was on point.

The que is good, as it is at every location. The employees set the gold standard for service too.
