Love this place! I can get the dishes without sauce and make it low carb. They are lightening fast at delivering.
Tonight I ordered food again (for delivery). The total was about $33, and they asked me on the phone if I wanted to pay with a card over the phone or cash upon delivery. I said cash.

Zero wait time to be seated and for drinks to appear. Great service. Great food. A LOT of food w/reasonable prices. Attentive and friendly staff. Facility appeared clean. Lovely, low background music. Booths, tables & combination. Kind of small dining area so best to go during "off"/ low peak time/hours. Second time there. Looking fwd to my 3rd visit.
When the guy showed up with my order he stated that it was $33. I then handed him two $20 dollar bills. He looked at me and said "I don't have any change." Wait, what? You knew I was paying cash and you brought no change?
Last time I ordered delivery from T-Jins they sent/delivered only part of my order. When I called them, they said they couldn't refund my money and couldn't deliver the rest of my food (because they were too busy). However, they did say I could drive to them and pick up the rest (which I did, although that defeats the purpose of delivery). When I got there, the place was empty (maybe one table was seated) and they didn't appear too busy to me.
There are other places to order from, and I am done with T-Jins. I mean, the food is okay, but it is definitely not good enough to keep putting up with this stuff.
The wait wasn't long but the service was horrible. The table staff wasn't attentive at all!! We ordered General Chicken with shrimp fried rice. Our rice was given to another table and when we asked about it we received regular fried rice. No refills on our drinks. We had to ask for our check and take it to the register to pay for it. When paying for our food we was given a different price from the ticket that we had. The cashier said they didn't take our order correct and we needed to be charged for the fried rice that we didnt order or even eat, since the rice came out 15mins after the chicken. The wait staff was way more attentive to the other customers in the restaurant and we sat there waiting and waiting to just be treated fairly. Needless to say this was the last time we will visit this restaurant.
