Terrible unresponsiveness, unreliability and rudeness. Mike Hubbard saw my roof. He said he would send an estimate and proposal the next day. He didn't. I sent him two gentle reminders 3 and 7 days after his visit, and he ignored both. Then 16 days after his visit, after the rain had already done a lot of damage to my place, I called him to see if he would finally get back to me with an estimate. He talked to me rudely and said he was with a customer and would call later. Needless to say he didn't, just another lie. His word has no value. Find another solution.
We would definitely use America’s Choice Roofing again. Besides installing a beautiful new roof, they replaced siding on our house, fixed sheet rock problems, and painted interior/exterior. Their crews are professional and did an excellent job! I love how our house looks. Thank you Chuck Allen for overseeing our project!
Great service! Chuck showed up on time for our appointment, was professional and friendly. He gave me a very fair quote for the work and actually was able to take care of the issue while he was there.
American Choice Roofing is the place to go. We recommend anyone who is getting their roof replaced to this company. We also want to thank Chuck for his amazing job, overseeing everything from start to finish. Chuck was great with communication and kept us updated with everything. The crew he had was amazing and was finished within 24 hours, And not to mention the very next morning there was someone out picking up all the nails that were taking out of the roof.
