If Kurtis (one of the owners son) knocks on your door to do a window and door replacement quote go ahead and just shut the door and call someone else. It has been a 64 day nightmare. The first quote I got was around $5000 but was incorrect due to lack of experience, the new quote was close to $10,000 but sent over without any explanation. When I asked for one Kurt (one of the owners) implied that everything they have done was correct and implied that I only gave their company the benefit of the doubt because I was holding out for the lower price. Pretty much sided with his own son even though he could see all email chains between his son and myself. No care was given that a potential customer was strung along for over 2 months and tried to make the potential customer out as the problem. This situation could have been fixed if the owner would've tried but he didn't care to. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
