Absolutely awesome. Very clean, and well kept. Constantly mowed. The location is great too, only place on the exit (good privacy and low noise) and not far from Texas Avenue. That trick in the reviews talkin mess about no amenities ofc there isn't it's a freakin RV park, she can walk her ass 1/4 mile down to the 24/7 gas station. And the price is pretty damn good. You get HD suddenlink cable, approx 10mbs wireless internet, electrity and water at 500 a month regardless of size. The guy workin there even let me slide a little longer when I was late on monthly payment. If I had to stay anywhere in CStat again I'll sure as hell make sure it's here.
Horrible location. The worst place to try and get to I have ever seen!! NO AMENITIES except a dirty pool. There is no place for visitors to park so management complains whenever I have a guest! The price is high for what you get. Rude and unfriendly.
Clean, secure, straight forward RV park. Mostly students, working people there. Saves some places for travelers. Wi-Fi and cable available. Small swimming pool.
This park is one of the nicest I have ever spent time at. When I got there, they had a map already made for me, and even helped me park and spot my RV just right on the space. Since I was running solo, that was a much appreciated gesture. It's very quiet and extremely well run. It's also very well designed for various RV types and the spot I got was perfect for my RV. When I checked out this morning, it was hard to leave such a nice place. Definitely a do again the next time I am in town there.
Called after 6pm no answer. Left a message about rv space for that night. I assumed there was night check in but after I drove there there was none and also a sign on the office door "no cash accepted". I called them again while setting in front of there office about 7:15 pm. No one every returned my calls. Lots of empty spaces (I see why) but because I couldn't check in I left. Luckily just 2 minutes away is a brand new RV park. Just opened "RV Haven". They answered the phone at 7:30pm and I stayed there.
