I was struggling to find a storage unit last minute and I called all around and the staff was so nice in helping me get a unit! The unit was very nice and clean and it all went well. Highly recommend!
Do not use metro mini-storage, after my lien was paid off I was charged 6 more months for a locker that I had NO contract to anymore. With their BS fees , trying to charge $885 for a $59 locker that was paid off !!!!!! And no luck trying to contact customer service, nobody will talk to you over the phone. Just back and forth bogus emails
Best storage facility in town. Best prices. Great employees to deal with. Pretty good access hours and they offer a free truck. Nice and secure right off of Texas Ave.
Good experience with storage. Prices are reasonable and facility secure. No problems with access and when my movers came there were no problems. The manager is quite personable and helpful! Would use storage here again!
