The staff loves animals. The facilities are clean and our dog loves PlayCare
I am only giving this a five star because Google limits the number of one star reviews i can give. Actually I am very surprised that this place got so many reviews, considering Jake gave a free night stay for each review and this place had been around forever (with name changes, of course ). This place was completely submerged after Harvey and the owners had not cleaned it up just yet. It is not like this place was clean in the first place. We got bedbugs here a decade ago.
My puppy waits outside of the car every day hoping to go to daycare. They're doing something right. I wish play care had a bit more tolerance for puppy behavior and energy, but i can't say I blame them either.
We love Waggie Pet Zone! We bring our 2 dogs from Houston any time we spend time in Aggieland or the surrounding area because we trust them with out dogs. They get to play outside and with other dogs so much more than any other place I've attempted to board my dogs. They get more walks than anywhere else I've looked at too, which makes me feel better about leaving them. They get to stay together in a pin which also discounts the price. They also have great boarding prices. They don't charge for "bedtime snacks" and all that extra stupid stuff. I love how they give a report of how our babies did when we pick them up.
So friendly, and their groomer really takes care of my dog when he gets nervous about getting his nails done. Heathers is the best!
