If you own a Honda and live in the B/CS area *and* you haven’t yet given Allen Honda a try, I seriously recommend that you go over there the next time you need a mechanic. They have a free shuttle service so there’s no need to ask friends for rides (or pay questionable amounts for taxi's) the next time your vehicle is in the shop. Not only that, I’ve always felt like they’ve gone above and beyond what the other top-reviewed-mechanics-in-town have ever done for me (every time). Even if you’re in the market for a new car, this place has got to be worth your time.
I highly recommend working with Samantha in the Service Department for any service related needs! She was able to get me a loaner during my oil change even though that is not standard procedure so I could make my doctor appt. She made the process effortless and enjoyable!
I was there this morning for service. I asked for my tires to be rotated,and an oil change. I was asked if I wanted my battery changed. After an hour and a half I stopped a lady and asked her to help me. She showed me the screen that shows the status of the work being done. Mine showd it was done, so she walked me down to service, they had charged me for a battery. The cashier was rude. I was told I needed to wait longer for them to take the new battery out and put the old one back in. Not one apology.
Great place to have our car serviced! My favorite advisor is Jimmy always no pressure and shoots me straight when it comes fixing cars.
