I would recommend Steve Rodriquez to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle, he is awesome! He was extremely easy to work with. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Very friendly dealership - would definitely recommend.

Decided to take my Nissan to the local Nissan Dealership since I now live in College Station and the experience was good. !Israel Hernandez explained me everything that they were going to do to the car and he was really professional and courteous. Im definitely going back when the car needs its next service.
Only thing I wish they would do is a complimentary car wash. Great dealerships give you a complimentary car wash and engine detail so that when you get your car it is all nice and clean. That is what differentiates great dealerships from good dealerships. Nevertheless I can't complain because service was good and the costumer service experience great.
I've had some issues with Douglass Nissan, but I think the important thing is that the right people care about what you think about their dealership. I really enjoyed my car buying experience with these guys, particularly with Eli and Jamie. I had issues with the service dept but they eventually got it right and went above and beyond to take care of the issues. Overall, this is a dealership that cares, from the owner, the general manager, down to the service writers. I hope the issues that I experienced don't happen again, and I don't think they will.
