Threat of not passing annual inspection, took 2001 Ford to dealership Parts Dept. one Monday morning when they were swamped BUT they took the time to visit the problem, give ETA + $$$ to order new replacements, then other labor solutions in town and even more advice ... even had coffee & rest room nearby, most needed ... ALL APPRECIATED. Service Dept. has been this helpful in past as well. Refreshing to have people treat their jobs like ... their own business.
