I love my hygienist, doctor and checkout! Check in needs a little work on customer service. Not worth dropping a star. She wasn’t rude or mean, just short. Everyone else is warm and welcoming.
Very friendly and professional office. I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist offices and this was very different and refreshing. You can tell they genuinely seek your best interest and want to partner with you for your health.
Dr Hooks and his staff are so professional and friendly. My daughter and I are repeat cusomters for five years now. My teeth have never looked better and been healthier. And the office has such state of the art equipment. It is a great dental experience all around!
All their staff are very friendly & nice! They do an excellent job. I been going to them for the past 4 years & i have no complains. I recently took my 20 month old daughter for her first check up & they made her feel very confortable. I have recommend them to my family & friends. I will continue to recommend them!
Prompt appointments, wonderful service, extremely friendly and professional staff and hygienists, two TVs in every room (one on the ceiling!), and my teeth always feel very clean afterward! I highly recommend Hooks Family Dentistry!
