Waited more than 3 hours to be diagnosed in less than 5 seconds. The doctor did not use adequate lighting. He also contradicted every detail that website information provided about the diagnosis. When asked during the visitation if he could be wrong and if he could do a follow up test, he responded that he was sure and not tests were needed.
I was checked in and seen quite quickly. Everyone was pleasant, including Dr. Roa, who listened well and took my clinical signs seriously. He took plenty of time to talk with me and help calm my anxiety. He was knowledgeable about the possible causes of my signs and what diagnostics should be done. If I need to go to an urgent care again, I will come back here.
Medical experience was fine. My problem is with their billing. They continue to send me bills every few months for a visit that occurred several years ago even after my insurance has paid them for service. Take your business to a better run organization that can keep track of their billing and save yourself the headache of dealing with st Joseph.
I went to a laboratory that conducted tests for the diagnoses and they came back negative. This was a lifetime diagnosis. So much for my money and the confident doctor. I have called the office multiple times trying to get a refund and surprise. No call back.
I also asked for a copy of my medical records to be sent to me to verify I am getting billed appropriately but I must pick them up in person on my day off? (I live 300 miles away) HIPPA does not bar medical facilities from mailing documents after a release waiver is signed.
