The doctor is super nice and helps explain a lot of what is going on while doing the exam. The staff did a great job of helping me pick out glasses that meet my needs as well.
Excellent service! I have been going to Dr. Shini for the past two years and he and his staff have always worked so hard to get my vision corrected. I have a terrible astigmatism and usually have a really hard time getting contacts and glasses to work right with my eyes. Even when it has taken a few times to get my vision corrected they have always been able to figure it out. It's not their fault my eyes suck so back bad, but they always get it straitened out and know how to use insurance and find you the best deal.
I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never been satisfied with my vision. I've tried TSO and a number of other Optimetrists, but was never really satisfied. Then I found Eye Trends and Dr. Shini.
College student looking for just a regular eye exam, but I received the BEST care I ever had. Dr. Shini was extremely thorough with his explanations and cared that I had my correct prescription. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I called around to see who could take me last minute and was able to get in same day with out an appointment and the Optometrist was knowledgeable.However, I went back for a follow up and sat in the waiting room with an appointment for 40 minutes before I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The lady at the receptionist desk told me that the couldn't get me in today (mind you I already had an appointment that at this time was 40 minutes past) and that I would have to reschedule. Horrible scheduling and communication on their part.
