I have been going here for over 15 years. I love the staff and Dr. Brice. The staff is always helpful and Dr. Brice is always informative. I love having the option of dilation or pictures. My daughter was born with infantile glaucoma and has to be observed closely so the pictures are a plus even if they cost extra.

The dr. seemed annoyed when I told her I wasn;t getting glasses from them. She then declined to report my PD, because "they only do it for those who will buy with them." She referred me to the front desk personnel to, "may be," do it. They had actually measured it before, and reported it in hand writing with my prescription. I also did not like that they recommended me to take some pictures of the eye that are forty dollars and not covered with the regular exam. I was expecting that the cost of the regular exam, that is not cheap compared to other places, covered all basics. But then they said that this is to have peace of mind of certain things. I think that it can be better if they tell you what the basic exam that they recommend costs. I ended up paying one seventy for all and had to ask to get PD reported, which is required by the online store where I will buy my glasses. I will not go there again.
Dr. Brice and the staff at Crystal Vision are AMAZING. I have been going here since 2005 and would not consider going to another doctor. I had shingles close to one of my eyes and Dr. Brice was able to get me a referral to see a specialist to make sure my sight was not affected. Dr. Brice along with Tracy Thompson and every single member of the staff make you feel like your family. Not to mention the selection of frames is geared to everyone from less expensive to boutique style frames. I love this place so much I stop by just to chat which usually gets me trouble as I inevitably find a new frame I can't live without!!!
