You have been warned. We stayed here for the Auburn vs. A&M weekend (11/4/17) and all three of our guests had bed bug bites. Stay here at your own risk.
Besides the bed bugs, this hotel was generally old and stuffy. The walls were thin and the construction seemed cheap. I would highly advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
The hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Our room #315, a king suite, had a terrible odor. While I was at the campus my husband went to the front desk and was given a can of Febreeze spray. I returned a few hours later and realized we would have the smell the entire weekend. Other than the odor, the room was nice and quiet. The next evening when we returned from the football game we discovered that our room had not been cleaned and we had no fresh towels for showers. I went to the front desk and informed the nice lady working. She said she would bring all things right up and she did. We clean up after ourselves so towels and coffee were the main items. My husband received 2 bites on the top of his foot during the first night. He said he did not have them after his shower. No bites anywhere else and I did not get any so we don't know what the bites were from. As for the breakfast Sunday morning, coffee and waffles were good.
Convenient location . I was impressed with the facility... specifics: warm, welcoming decor/motifs. From the lobby area to the hallway carpets, the "country" feel was apparent... immediate. Room was excellent. Nice touch with the small fridge and microwave being "part" of the single dresser: behind their own individual door. Beds were comfortable. Pillows (3 per) perhaps THE most comfortable I can recall, over the many years of motel/hotel stays. What I considered an unusual bonus....there if needed, were two sets of additional bedding..each contained an extra pillow & blanket..nicely stored in clear, zippered storage bags..
Stayed here for the weekend with my boyfriend while we were here for a wedding. The sheets were super comfortable and not stiff like most hotel sheets can be. The pillows are also perfect in my opinion. I got really good sleep and my boyfriend said he did as well. Very impressed. Decently priced as well.
Excellent breakfast. One of our best College Station stays..

Good location. We booked two rooms and paid the same price for each room; however, one room was much nicer than the other. Made it kind of awkward since my in-laws ended up with the smaller room that was not as nice as ours.
