Disgusting. If you like bugs and smoke this is your place. Hardly any water pressure and fridge is broke. We are going to have to quarantine our belongings when we home due to the roaches and whatever else. I feel disgusted. Do not waste your money. Will be contacting the city for code violations.

Terrible service. The pool is disgusting. The first room we checked into had rotten food in the fridge. The second room had broken bathroom lights and the showers hot water was broken. They don't clean the rooms. There was dead bugs everywhere. After hidden charges and fees your better off staying at a nice hotel that's going to charge you that much anyway. Not worth the money or inconvenience. This place is in need of new management that cares. The building needs love.
CANCELLED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT TELLING ME. I booked a weekend in October for my mom and younger siblings because they DROVE down from TENNESSEE! I booked here because it was affordable and took payment at ARRIVAL. Well....they tried to take the payment out 3 days before my stay after being told by 2 people and the site that nothing would be taken out of my account until arrival because my mom was going to use her card. Mine was strictly on file to hold the room. When the account declined the card Econo Lodge cancelled my reservation without a phone call, email, anything! So when we get to the hotel after my mom had driven 16 hours, they told us there was nothing available and we had to leave. Mom was very kind and I kept my anger inside so that I could let it all out on this review. They ended up sleeping in my living room that night and staying at Days Inn after. (5 stars to them!)(= I have never experienced anything like this before and I urge you to get a name and reference # if they say they won't take money out until you arrive.
Upon check in the Staff told me that someone had checked in as me and was already in my room. I told her there must me a mistake because i just arrived in town. The hotel did not ask to verify ID or card. She showed me the paperwork that someone signed. I realized that who ever signed into my room now had all my information on the paperwork and receipt that they signed. They now had my name, phone number, address, etc. When I expressed my concern and disappointment, Virginia (staff) did not seem to care and never apologized. When I got to the room the refrigerator was broken and the restroom was dirty. There was multiple people sitting inside their vehicles in the parking lot for hours late at night. I did not feel comfortable and went back to the office to tell Virginia I was not going to stay and asked her to check me out. She said she couldn't do that because someone was still checked into the room that was linked to my credit card so they would have to do it tomorrow but I was welcomed to leave. At this point Virginia was of no help and I was tiered from driving all day so I just decided to go. It was late in the night and I now had to drive another 2 hours home since I could not stay in the hotel I paid for. WASTE OF MONEY! This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are unprofessional and the fact that they shared my information with someone and let them check in as me really blows my mind. That is NOT OKAY!
I would give them no stars, but you must select at least one. This place is absolutely horrible. My wife and I arrived and the service was horrible. We let that pass and went into our room. The fridge didn't work. We turned the dial to 7 since it was off and it never came on. Them to finish it off there were roaches in the room. We left within 5 minutes. I'm not one to complain, but I'd sleep in my car rather than stay here. Also, the rooms smell like a nursing home.
