Came in today to inquire about different sizes and prices in hopes of finding something right for me when I move to Bryan/College Station next semester. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have NEVER seen such a clean storage facility! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.
Angela is such a sweet person and always treats us old gals like we are VIP customers! Our organization rents a unit here and when she asked me if I would give her a review, I promised to take the time to do it. She and the young ladies that work there are so kind, the place is always clean, and well kept.
We have been renting our storage unit here for years. We love the cleanliness of the facility, and the amazing customer service. Angela is a wonderful manager! She is so kind and helpful! She goes above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us. She remembers us and asks about our children. I know that when I call with any question that she really does care about me and my family. I will never use another storage facility in Bryan/College Station. Because of wonderful people like Angela and her team, we will continue to use Cubesmart for years to come.
Great customer service....they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place after I asked to transfer from one to another. Big fan of the level of cleanliness inside the facilities as well. Prices are very fair but greatly appreciate the first month free bonus.
The 5 stars is mainly because of the manager Angela Marrs. Storage Units are just storage units, but Angela provides customers a persona and caring touch. She was very fair to me when we started renting 2 1/2 years ago and when we left a few weeks ago. She was always very pleasant, helpful and positive. A real asset to that business.
