We're local and were able to drive through the property before booking, everything looked immaculate and well maintained and I can truly say the customer service is fantastic, we'll definitely be recommending the property and booking again should we need to.
Clean facilities and great customer service! They have a nice laundry facility on site and a nice clean pool to swim in. A nice big playground for the kids to play on as well.
The office staff I worked with were amazing and very accommodating.
Pulled in for a one night stay on our way home. Really nice facility with friendly folks. We'll be staying here again.
Due to mechanical/unavoidable problems we were not able to actually make it to the park, and fully expected/accepted that we would lose our deposit (on a 10 day stay) but after having to move the reservation back...twice, and finally canceling it all together, we were refunded. (Which they totally didn't have to do, their 48 hour cancellation policy is pretty clear in the confirmation email)
Have a lot of mice at this facility. There were a lot of mice droppings everywhere inside the units. I had a friend who stored a piano on for only three weeks and it was infested with mice feces and urine.
Love the staff and the facilities. Great place for short term or long term stay!
