Terrible place to rent from. My daughter signed a one month contract and three months later they keep harassing her saying she owes them money. But the worst part is that they do not return phone calls or emails so we can discuss and resolve this issue.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Our unit was broken into. Our lock, was cut,. 4-wheeler, ice chests, and every bit of hunting equipment we own. In addition to some furniture, TV, Christmas stuff. Basically, the scum took all but a couple of boxes. Literally, we have lost THOUSANDS of dollars worth of stuff.
More steps will be taken on my behalf.
Although they have security cameras up on the light poles, the owner said they are not hooked up because there is no electricity there. Well, the security cameras are on a street light pole. So, try again.....
I started boarding here in January and I love it here! The people here are wonderful and the boarders are great people. There is an outdoor arena is large and well-maintained. It about 0.25 miles off Rock Prairie and Welborn Road and is extremely close to TAMU. The partial care deal is no problem because everyone is good about helping each other out when it comes to care.
I did my research and this was the best price in the area. $130/ month for a stall with a run (plus 15 acres of turnout) and $150 for a paddock. The price also includes parking for your horse trailer should you have one as well as an equipment loccer. The facility is partial care, because the owner is a pro at keeping the costs as low as possibility. You buy your own feed, everyone gets an indoor pallet to store it. Grain is kept in a separate room. The owner will assist you with anything you would ever need. As far as feeding schedules, the horses are fed in the morning, you are responsible for feeding in the evening.
It has been next to impossible for him to return any of our phone calls. When I finally did get to talk to him,, it was basically a joke. I have homeowners insurance that I pray will help us recoup some of our loss. If this happens to you, do not expect them to do anything at all for you. You are on your own. They also have a few people living in some of units. Kind of sketchy. NOT A SAFE, SECURE PLACE AT ALL. So, BEWARE, and rent from them at your own risk.
