I wish I could give Victor and David 10 stars because they were amazing to my wife and I today. This morning our toilets were acting up and we needed same day service. We called at 9am and these guys were here by 11:30am. Then they figured out what was wrong and helped my wife and I with our next steps of action. They left around 12:30pm and I realized that I had taken one of the toilets out of the bathroom and needed assistance putting it back in, so I called Victor's cell and they came back an hour later and put the toilet back in place. These guys were great and extremely helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
I also wish that I could leave less than one star. My toilet was leaking at the base - it needed a new wax seal. I bought one of the new seals to use but decided to get a plumber instead of trying to do it myself. Victor installed seal and the next day the toilet was leaking again. I am assuming that he did not know how to install the seal that I had bought. Although he said he did. Tomorrow I am calling another plumber to fix the same problem. I did not call to have them try again - it was a simple job - have no confidence in them.
I wish I could give negative stars. We had an appointment made a week in advance, they were scheduled any time after 12:30pm when at 3:30pm they had not arrived or called we called the office. The man that answered said they were running behind but that we were next and they should be arriving "nowish". At 4:50pm when they still had not arrived we called again, this time a woman answered who went on to tell us in a rude and very unprofessional manner that we didd not have an appointment, never had an appointment and they did not even do the service that we had requested.
